The Construction Operations Manager manages resources, priorities, service standards, team performance, and customer relationships while adapting to changing jobsite conditions and schedules. We're looking for a Construction Operations Manager to lead day-to-day service execution across assigned construction project sites. The Construction Operations Manager manages resources, priorities, service standards, team performance, and customer relationships while adapting to changing jobsite conditions and schedules. Safety is the foundation of everything we do.

The Construction Operations Manager sets the safety standard on every jobsite.

• Lead Stretch and Flex at the start of every shift and ensure full participation.
• Ensure required PPE is worn at all times, including hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, gloves, and safety-toe boots
  , plus task‑specific PPE required by the general contractor.
• Reinforce Stop Work Authority
  -any team member can and should stop unsafe work, and work does not resume until the hazard is addressed.
• Complete pre-task planning and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and review changing site conditions daily.
• Identify and mitigate hazards and risks; conduct safety inspections and risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near‑misses with timely documentation and follow‑up.
• Ensure completion of general contractor site orientation and compliance with site‑specific safety requirements.
• Partner with the EHS Director and general contractor safety leads on toolbox talks, safety meetings, and audits.
• Promote safety training, awareness, and accountability.
• Maintain working knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in janitorial and construction cleaning.
