Job Overview

We’re searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. This role is part of a fast‑growing company that offers opportunities for advancement, from customer service representative to management, and beyond. Shift schedule: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CT.

Responsibilities
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
  • Prepare product and receive/ process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
  • Perform orientation and training on the job.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Maintain motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
Qualifications
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
  • Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Quick mental math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
  • Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately.
  • Detail oriented and can work under stress.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing: tasks performed from a standing position; standing surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum.
  • Walking: for short distances and durations.
  • Sitting: paperwork completed at a desk.
  • Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 lb., cases up to 72 in. high.
  • Carrying: large cans (≈3 lb.), pizza sauce (≈30 lb.), trays of dough (≈12 lb. per tray).
  • Pushing/Pulling: dollies and trays requiring forces up to 7.5 lb.
  • Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or ladders.
  • Stooping/Bending: forward bending at the waist, duration ~30–45 s.
  • Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas.
  • Reaching: up to 72 in. to turn controls, change prices, lift items.
  • Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, use of forearms/wrists, manipulating pizza peel and cutter.
  • Machines/Tools: use of pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and peel.
