As a Papa Pal, you provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Your support may include help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly, friendly company. You’ll make a positive impact in your community.
Compensation & BenefitsEarn up to $15.00 per hour with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement is available for transportation visits depending on your location (not available everywhere). You work on your own flexible schedule by selecting hourly visit opportunities—typically 2‑4 hours each—using the mobile app.
