Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Layton Construction is seeking an experienced ESH leader to implement corporate, field, and office safety policies across multiple U.S. project sites. You will manage safety programs, review regulatory guidance, and drive risk mitigation while coordinating with VP and regional managers.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in ESH or related field and 5+ years of experience, with travel across the U.S. being essential. Excellent communication, IH knowledge, and MSHA/OSHA expertise are expected.
