Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks, supporting several departments including Human Resources and Finance. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle emails and other correspondence
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and records (physical and digital)
  • Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and documents
  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Greet visitors and provide general office support
  • Support special projects and assist leadership or departments assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate’s degree preferred
  • Preferred experience with Quick Books
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Sit for long periods of time
  • Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Repeat the same movements
  • Speak clearly so listeners can understand
  • Understand the speech of another person
