Job SummaryMarketing Media Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the media strategies for all marketing campaigns. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external media partners to drive brand awareness, engage guest, and promote casino offering through various media channels. The specialist is tasked with executing campaigns that align with the casino's marketing objectives, ensuring effective media exposure, and analyzing
the results to optimize future campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
- Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.
- Coordinate entertainment and all special entertainment events.
- Maintain communication with vendors and other casino departments including contracted marketing agencies.
- Advertise events and case signage in conjunction with contracted marketing agencies.
- Represent the casino at all events in Que Pasa Lounge and off-site KLECH sponsored entertainment venues.
- Operate complex lighting and sound systems; disc jockey (DJ) sound system; and public access (PA) systems.
- Record speech, music or other sounds; keep logs of recordings and use sound mixing boards to mix and edit music, voice and sound effect.
- Process inventories and is responsible for the accountability of all material and equipment used for events.
- Manage and maintain proper use and safeguard of all material and equipment.
- Coordinate all aspects of event production including but not limited to coordination of event set-up and clean-up, coordination with F&B management to ensure adequate staffing levels of servers and coordination with entertainers, hotel staff, booking agencies and any other aspects of the event that may arise.
- Process and manage payment for entertainment and special events.
- Coordinate rooming and/or food and beverage provided to performers.
- Ensure the proper sound, stage and lighting for all special events.
- Promote the casino and act in a professional and courteous manner.
- Contribute to the development of and planning for a new special event presentation with management approval.
- Meet with producers and performers to determine the desired sound for a performance, monitor equipment for needed repair and set up and test recording equipment.
- Manage audio volume and sound quality at live events and may set up and take down equipment and perform sound checks.
- Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and MAD skills.
- Manage and maintain security of confidential information entrusted to position.
- Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned.
- Monitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31 requirements and IRS Currency Transaction Reports and property established Anti-Money Laundering policies. Maintain accurate MTL, MIL, CTR and SAR as needed.

- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- Associates degree, preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of marketing and/ or graphic designing experience required.
- Strong communication skills in English both written and oral. Spanish or other language skills a plus.
Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Members and qualified Native American preference is observed.
