F&B Beverage Station Attendant PT

Job Summary

Assist servers and guests in providing fast and courteous beverage service by tending beverage station areas to maintain a high level of quality and consistency. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards that meet state and local health inspections and brand requirements.

Beverage Supervisor

• Ensure compliance with applicable Tribal, Federal, and other laws and gaming regulations, and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino policies and procedures.
• Maintain the highest possible standards of guest service by listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.
• Assist in the service of beverages in accordance with established standards.
• Maintain the orderly upkeep of the beverage station area.
• Clean and/or wipe down beverage station.
• Stock beverage service station with napkins, cups, condiments, etc.
• Fill coffee cups and soda cups, and other condiments.
• Prepare and/or transport beverage items and associated supplies, equipment, and materials to and from the beverage station areas.
• Monitor area to ensure adequate supplies; replenish beverage station items and areas as necessary.
• Order beverage station inventory through the beverage inventory clerk.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well‑organized work area, including filters, carts, sinks, refrigerator/freezers, service areas, walls, floors, and counters. Empty trash receptacles and clear tables as required.
• Deep clean and sanitize soda machine, knobs, and coffee machine.
• Check the working condition of equipment and machinery; report unsafe or malfunctioning equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance needs.
• Demonstrate and promote KLEC core values.
• Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned.
• Monitor compliance with federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31, and anti‑money‑laundering policies; maintain accurate MTL, MIL, CTR, and SAR reports.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral. Spanish or other language skills are a plus.

Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Members and qualified Native American preference is observed.

• Communicate effectively in person or using telecommunications equipment.
• Frequently lift or move up to 50 lbs. Handle objects such as trays, plates, glasses, chemicals, cleaning supplies, utensils, etc.

• Normal office setting and casino floor.
• Frequent walking and standing in a smoke‑filled environment and frequent contact with the general public.
• Temperature‑controlled environment with varying noise levels; may be exposed to high levels of noise throughout the day.
