The School Board for Eagle Point School District 9 in Eagle Point, Oregon is seeking a highly qualified leader to serve as Superintendent
. The successful candidate will assume responsibilities by July 1, 2026.
Location: Eagle Point, Oregon – 12 miles northeast of Medford, serving Eagle Point, Shady Cove, and White City.
Enrollment: 4,103 students.

- Current Oregon administrative license or eligibility for the Oregon Reciprocal License, covering all levels with a superintendent endorsement or transitional license.
- Successful experience as a teacher, principal, and educational leader, preferably with district‑level leadership.
- Preference for residency within district boundaries.
$185,000 – $195,000 (district pays PERS) plus additional benefits to be negotiated.
