As a Food Service Director, you’ll lead a team to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations in food service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Budget Management:
  Oversee and control the food service budget to meet financial goals.
• Team Leadership:
  Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a diverse team of staff and inmate workers.
• Operations Oversight:
  Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Uphold stringent safety, sanitation, and security standards, ensuring compliance without compromise.
• Administrative Excellence:
  Perform vital administrative functions inventory tracking, and reporting.

• Annual salary range: $55,000 - $60,000; depending on experience
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

• Strong knowledge of food service operations and exceptional problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Proficiency in computer software and time management
