You will mentor junior bakers, oversee the production process, and innovate new recipes that delight our customers.

• Lead the production of specialty baked goods, including pastries, breads, and cakes, according to established recipes and standards
• Train and mentor junior bakers, sharing techniques and best practices to enhance their skills
• Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure that supplies are adequately stocked for production
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with management to develop new products and improve existing recipes based on customer feedback
• Ensure quality control by regularly checking the taste, texture, and appearance of baked goods
• Assist in managing production schedules to guarantee timely availability of products for customers

• Proven experience as a baker, with a strong focus on specialty items preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in training or mentoring staff
• Solid understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations
• Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt recipes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
