The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives and cycle counts.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage during key times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Shift lengths generally from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is essential.

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and perform various physical activities.
• Ability to operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
