Job Description

Provide day-to-day support of all Front End department operations, policies, processes and procedures. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Explore and develop more effective and efficient processes, policies and procedures for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service is provided throughout department.
• Improve shopping experience metrics and utilize tools like Customer Tracker, Associate Tracker, and others.
• Provide training, support, and follow-up on all aspects of Key Retailing.
• Coach and train customer service managers and front end supervisors.
• Promote, communicate, and implement company initiatives and process improvements positively and respectfully.
• Support store management in maintaining a clean, organized, and pleasant shopping environment.
• Follow through on special assignments and perform any duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum

• Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as needed.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays, especially during peak times.
• Experience in retail, customer service, and front-end operations.
• Ability to multitask and handle large workloads.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to learn various computer applications.
• Understanding of department operations including managing people, merchandising, inventory, and customer service.
• High integrity and dependability.

• Thorough experience in customer service and front-end operations.
