Position: Skilled Laborer/ Groundman
Overview Mas Tec Communications Group performs both wireline and wireless communication services on a national scale. We are experts in cell tower construction, RF engineering, broadband fiber optic cable installation, OSP engineering, wireline construction, and emergency maintenance services. As part of our team, your opportunities are limitless. Responsibilities As a Skilled Laborer/Groundman, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. In addition, you will:
Work in outdoor utility construction sites Build and maintain aerial and underground cable systems Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field Learn and train to use various kinds of tools and equipment Responsible for various manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading building materials, and preparing job sites with use of hand tools like shovels, rakes, and picks Qualifications
