• Maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services, becoming a key partner in pet wellness.
• Provide a calming presence, demonstrating empathy and respect toward clients and their pets.

• Passion for excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment.
• Strong organizational skills; capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative, team‑first mindset with the ability to work independently and with direction.
• Preferred experience with veterinary software; flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
