Job Overview

Join our Rexel USA team in Eagle, CO as a Branch Driver. This role involves delivering products to/from customers, company branch/warehouse locations, and suppliers in a delivery van or box truck (no CDL required). The position responds to a schedule of Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 3 PM, with weekends off, and includes a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

What You'll Do
  • Inspect the company vehicle for visual and operating defects and complete a daily inspection report.
  • Keep the vehicle clean, serviced, and maintained; alert supervisor of required repairs or service.
  • Follow Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). local/state driving laws and regulations.
  • Load or unload the vehicle, ensuring all material for each order is correct (quantity, type) and free of damage before departure.
  • Assist in preparing orders for delivery as needed.
  • Ensure all delivery documentation is completed, including customer signature, packing list, and branch/warehouse manifest.
  • Pick up material returns from customers, inspect condition, and verify quantities and catalog numbers.
  • Pick up material from company suppliers.
  • Senior drivers participate in training entry‑level drivers and provide mentorship and coaching.
  • Support other warehouse duties such as preparing, filling, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • In lieu of experience, must attend company driver training.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must pass a pre‑employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must obtain verification of a non‑expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
  • Must not have had a suspended driver’s license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
  • Must not have had any at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to handle loads with a combined weight not to exceed 26,000 GVW.
  • Ability to handle basic issues and problems.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and familiarity with traffic and driver laws.
  • Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
Additional Information

Pay range: $22.00 to $32.00 (Colorado only), depending upon qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law. Commission/bonus plan:
Branch Pool Plan.

Position is open for at least five calendar days and continues to be posted until a qualified applicant is selected or the position is cancelled.
