The Branch Driver delivers products to/from customers, company branch/warehouse locations, and company suppliers in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required).
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 5 AM – 3 PM, weekends off. This position offers a $1,500 sign‑on bonus and compensation ranges from $22.00 to $32.00 per hour in Colorado.
- Inspect company vehicle for visual and operating defects; complete a daily inspection report.
- Keep vehicle clean, serviced, and maintained; alert supervisor of needed repairs.
- Follow DOT, local, and state driving laws and regulations.
- Load or unload vehicle and verify all material for each order is correct and damage‑free.
- Assist in preparing orders for delivery.
- Ensure all appropriate documentation is completed upon delivery, including delivery receipt, packing list, and manifest.
- Pick up material returns from customers, inspecting condition and verifying quantities.
- Pick up material from company suppliers.
- Senior Driver: participate in training entry‑level drivers and provide mentorship.
- Support other warehouse duties, such as preparing and filling orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications – What You'll Need- Attend company driver training (in lieu of experience).
- Valid driver's license.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Pass pre‑employment and annual motor vehicle record review.
- Obtain non‑expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
- No suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
- No at‑fault accidents within the past 3 years.
- Handle loads up to 26,000 GVW.
- Handle basic issues and problems.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and applicable traffic laws.
- Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Work overtime as needed.
