FRONT DESK and Job Description — We provide swim instruction to our community that builds confidence and develops safety skills in a student-centered environment. Pay — This range is provided by Water Wings Swim School. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $14.00/hr

• Provide a high level of customer service to families, making lasting impressions
• Build relationships with families, provide personal attention while checking in students, relaying account messages, giving tours and answering questions
• Regularly communicate with families and fellow staff, remain calm and efficient during periods of high volume at the front desk
• Remain warm, welcoming, organized, dependable and open to feedback
• Report to the Office Manager or Admin Manager during shifts and provide support throughout the day as needed
• Contribute to a fun and rewarding work environment with a great atmosphere for families and people
