Lead Instructor/Assistant Instructor at The Little Gym of Eagle

Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per class

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing a safe, fun, and engaging experience. You will be responsible for leading classes that can range from parent-child to elementary school kids while ensuring the overall safety and well-being of the children. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and instruct children’s gymnastics classes for various age groups (4 months to 12 years).
  • Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during classes and activities.
  • Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages learning and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and daily lesson.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized gym environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Promote The Little Gym’s programs and services to families and the community.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting.
  • Knowledge of gymnastics and physical fitness principles (is a plus but not necessary).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Energetic, positive, and creative attitude.
