Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision‑making. Additionally, this role will be responsible for creating and developing templates for our accounting and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, a solid understanding of financial and accounting principles, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in financial planning and strategy development
• Evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives
• Create and develop templates for financial reporting and analysis
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and support to management as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of Financial Analyst or related experience
• Healthcare experience a plus
