We are currently in need of an adept and productive mortgage processor to collaborate closely with our team of mortgage loan officers. - Lock rates
- Send out disclosures
- Request and gather appropriate paperwork for underwriting
- Follow up effectively with clients
- Submit files to underwriting
- Quickly clear conditions and move a file to closing
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude throughout the process
- Help clients have a smooth closing
- Serve as a liaison between borrowers, mortgage brokers, loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to support loan approval
- Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system from origination to close
- Has the ability to work in-office, at our Eagle,
- Experience in processing is a must
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional etiquette and finesse
- Self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic environment implementing systems and processes
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Takes initiative, is highly independent, and is able to work under limited supervision
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, working under timelines and deadlines
- Detail-focused, systems-oriented, and able to prioritize accordingly
- Solution-oriented and anticipates needs, service-focused
- Approach duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, honesty, loyalty, and integrity
- Technologically savvy, able to learn new programs quickly, and forward-thinking
- Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems based on policy and procedures
- Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
