Role Overview

The Full-Stack Engineer / Technical Lead owns technical delivery end‑to‑end, from system architecture and hands‑on development through deployment, security, and ongoing optimization. Our development team embraces AI‑assisted, accelerated, and automated software development to increase speed, quality, and consistency—while applying strong engineering judgment to ensure correctness, security, and maintainability. The ideal candidate for this role views AI as a force multiplier, not a replacement for sound architecture, thoughtful design, and experienced engineering.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Own system architecture, technical workflows, and engineering standards
• Design scalable, maintainable solutions that balance speed, quality, security, and cost
• Establish development patterns that effectively combine human expertise with AI‑accelerated tooling

Full-Stack Development

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations
• Develop and support responsive web and mobile frontends
• Design, optimize, and maintain databases and data models

Dev Ops, Infrastructure & Delivery

• Own cloud infrastructure, environments, and deployment pipelines
• Implement automated CI/CD workflows to accelerate release cycles
• Monitor performance, reliability, and scalability across environments

AI-Assisted & Accelerated Development

• Actively leverage AI‑assisted coding tools to accelerate development, refactoring, and testing
• Establish guardrails and best practices for safe, effective AI‑generated code
• Use AI to automate repetitive engineering tasks while retaining human review and accountability
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and workflows for practical, real‑world adoption

Security, Compliance & Quality

• Ensure security and compliance are built into system design and delivery
• Implement authentication, authorization, and access control best practices
• Enforce code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation
• Partner closely with product and design to deliver features end‑to‑end
• Use Asana and Jira (or similar) to manage both project‑based and sprint‑based work
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship as the team scales

• Thrives in fast‑moving startup or venture‑studio environments
