** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate front-end loader to move and load sand and gravel materials efficiently.
* Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and optimal performance.
* Monitor material quality and report any issues promptly.
* Follow all safety protocols and plant operating procedures.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production flow.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment.
* Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to compliance.
* Capability to perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Adaptability to changing priorities and work conditions.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

** Physical Demands
*** Ability to sit, stand, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
* Frequent walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Manual dexterity to operate controls and perform routine maintenance tasks.
* Visual and auditory ability to monitor equipment and surroundings safely.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
