Overview

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers to lead shift operations, manage staff and deliver high‑quality service.

• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver roles.
• Manage 3–30 employees during scheduled shifts.
• Responsible for all store operations, including cost, inventory, cash and customer relations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
• Maintaining a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team, managing a staff of 3–30 people during shifts.
• Stellar attitude and motivational skills to create a great place to work.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Flexible schedule and full‑time employment.
