Position Summary. As an Aquatics Swim Instructor, you will work in a fast-paced environment. You will help both adults and children improve their swimming. You will teach life skills to our youngest members and evaluate their swimming ability to establish the correct swim level. You will help to maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities.
Job Duties And Responsibilities- Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events
- Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns
- Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area
- Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services
Position Requirements
- Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
- CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard Certifications (within 60 days of hire)
- Complete and pass all Life Time courses when hired
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
