ANZUK Education is working with a friendly primary school in Ealing to recruit an experienced Finance Administrator for a long-term temporary position starting in late August/early September.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the school's financial processes and must have previous experience using FMS (Financial Management System).

Responsibilities include:

* Processing purchase orders, invoices and payments

* Maintaining accurate financial records using FMS

* Supporting budget monitoring and reconciliations

* Assisting with payroll and finance administration where required

* Liaising with suppliers and school staff

* Providing wider administrative support to the school office

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in a school finance or administration role

* Strong working knowledge of FMS (essential)

* Excellent numerical and organisational skills

* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

* A reliable, punctual and flexible approach

* The ability to work collaboratively within a busy school office
