Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Planner / Scheduler to join a busy Social Housing contractor based in Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance or disrepair who is confident managing a high-volume workload and coordinating operatives to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.

Role and Responsibilites

* Scheduling and coordinating repairs and maintenance works for a team of operatives.

* Managing daily diaries and allocating jobs efficiently.

* Liaising with operatives, residents, contractors and internal teams.

* Booking appointments with residents and ensuring works are scheduled within agreed timescales.

* Monitoring outstanding jobs and following up on delays or issues.

* Updating internal systems with accurate job and appointment information.

* Prioritising urgent and time-sensitive repairs.

* Supporting the Disrepair Team with the day-to-day coordination of works.

* Dealing with resident queries professionally and efficiently.

* Ensuring appointments and repair information are accurately recorded.

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have:

* Previous experience working as a Planner, Scheduler or Repairs Coordinator.

* Experience with in social housing, housing repairs, maintenance or disrepair.

* Strong organisational and time-management skills.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

* Good IT and administration skills, with the ability to update multiple systems accurately.

* A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise competing workloads.

* Experience coordinating trades/operatives would be highly advantageous
