A fantastic opportunity to join a growing business at an exciting stage of its journey and play a key role in shaping future category success. Role:
Support the development of category partnerships with major grocery customers including Morrisons, Co-op and Asda. Deliver insightful, data-led recommendations that drive category and commercial growth. Analyse shopper, category and market performance to identify opportunities and influence decision making. Become the voice of the shopper internally and externally, translating data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations. Support category reviews, customer presentations and strategic projects across the business.

Build strong cross-functional relationships within a collaborative and high-performing team. Ideal candidate: FMCG experience within Category, Sales or Commercial functions. Category Executive or Sales Executive looking to take the next step in their career. Strong analytical capability with a passion for turning data into meaningful insights. Good understanding of category management principles and retailer engagement. Commercially minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Circana, Nielsen, Kantar and/or Dunnhumby would be advantageous. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Benefits & details:
