Job Overview
A contractor based in West London is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working on a range of drylining, fit‑out, and painting projects.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Contract: Permanent
Location: West London (with site visits as required)
Project Value: £500K – £2M
Responsibilities- Managing commercial aspects of drylining, fit‑out, and painting projects
- Overseeing project costs, valuations, and financial reporting
- Working with Tier1 and Tier2 principal contractors
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
- Visiting sites as required to monitor progress and costs
- 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
- Annual bonus
