Start Date:
ASAP Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

West London (with site visits as required) Project Value: £500K - £2M Duties:
Managing commercial aspects of drylining, fit-out, and painting projects Overseeing project costs, valuations, and financial reporting Working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 principal contractors Supporting procurement and subcontractor management Visiting sites as required to monitor progress and costs Package: 20 days holiday 8 bank holidays Annual bonus If you are interested, please send your CV for consideration.
