Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Leasehold Customer Resolution Officer in Ealing, London W5. This 6‑month temporary, 35-hour hybrid role.
You will investigate complaints related to leasehold and housing services, coordinate with residents, internal teams and contractors, and help deliver fair, timely resolutions while driving continuous service improvement.
Experience in housing or leasehold management is preferred and you will join a supportive customer-focused team.
