SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive primary school in Ealing from January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a forward-thinking, tech-focused school, supporting children with additional learning needs to thrive in their education.

About the Role

Supporting pupils with special educational needs in a primary school environment

Working closely with class teachers and the SEN team to implement personalised learning plans

Assisting with classroom management and promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment

Supporting the use of technology and digital learning tools to enhance learning opportunities

About You

Experience supporting children with SEN in a classroom or educational setting

Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning and behaviour

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Enthusiasm for technology-enhanced learning is a plus

Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
