What the role involves:

Supporting the class teacher with lessons and activities
Working with groups or 1:1 with pupils
Helping manage behaviour and encouraging positive learning
Assisting with classroom organisation and day-to-day tasks

What we're looking for:

Experience working with children (school, childcare, or similar)
Positive, patient, and reliable
Good communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
