SEN Teaching Assistant - Ealing✨

We're looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Ealing. If you enjoy helping children with additional needs reach their potential, this role is for you!

What the role involves:

Supporting pupils with special educational needs, 1:1 or in small groups
Assisting with learning activities and classroom management
Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
Working closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual pupil needs

What we're looking for:

Experience working with children with SEN
Patience, empathy, and a positive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
