We are working with a wonderful SEN school in Ealing who are looking for a number of SEN Teaching Assistants from January 2026 to support children with various needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Contract:
Full-time, long-term
Hours:
8:30am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: £110‑£120 per day (umbrella)
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored support for pupils with SEN needs
- Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
- Support communication and social interaction
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to promote pupil progress
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN
- Ability to manage behaviour and adapt to individual needs
- Passionate about inclusive education
