Primary Early Careers Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming primary school in Ealing on a full-time, long-term basis.

As a Primary ECT, you will take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, with guidance and support from experienced colleagues. You will create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom that supports pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. This long-term role offers consistency and the opportunity to become a valued member of the school team.

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
• Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and consistently
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Engaging fully in professional development and ECT support programmes
