About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community in Ealing. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing, helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils individually and in small groups, including those with SEND or additional learning needs
  • Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
  • Encourage pupils’ engagement, independence, and positive behaviour
  • Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and any concerns
  • Support pupils during break times, activities, and school trips as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
  • A patient, caring, and flexible approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3) or a willingness to learn
