The RoleWe're on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our fantastic team. You'll be working closely with our teachers to create a high‑quality learning environment, helping our pupils thrive and achieve their best.
What You'll Be Doing- Classroom Support:
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to each pupil's needs. - Pupil Development:
Support our young learners in reaching and exceeding their educational targets. - Team
Collaboration:
Work together with teachers, therapists, and families to provide holistic support. - Personal Care:
Be prepared to assist with personal care and manage behaviours that may challenge.
