The role – Behaviour Mentor

A supportive and forward-thinking mainstream secondary school in Ealing is looking to appoint a committed Behaviour Mentor on a full-time basis. In this role, you will support students who struggle with behaviour and emotional regulation, helping them to remain engaged in education. Responsibilities include one-to-one mentoring, implementing behaviour strategies, supporting students during lessons, and working closely with pastoral and SEN teams.

The successful candidate will be patient, consistent, and passionate about supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes. Experience working in a school, PRU, or youth setting would be advantageous.
