We are looking to appoint a committed professional to the role of Academic Mentor at Ealing Fields High School. Ealing Fields High School is part of the Twyford CofE Trust, which is, in the most recent league tables, the highest performing Trust in the country. AcademicMentor Role
An Academic Mentor is required to support students in Years 7 – 11 with Education Health and Care Plans, and to take the lead responsibility for students with learning and behavioural difficulties.

These roles may also suit graduates hoping to progress to Educational Psychologist or Speech and Language Therapist roles.
Roles are up to 35 hours per week; however part‑time applications can be considered, particularly for three or four days per week. Exact hours per week will be discussed and agreed at interview and the salary will therefore be a pro rata figure according to the hours worked.

- Opportunity for a one‑to‑one meeting with a member of Teach West London’s initial teacher training team to offer you bespoke career support.
- Opportunity to work in KS3 and KS4 classrooms to provide you with a range of experience.
- Opportunity to work closely with the subject you aspire to train to teach in, allowing you to develop the necessary subject knowledge and familiarity with subject’s pedagogical approaches.
