A supportive and forward-thinking mainstream secondary school in Ealing is looking to appoint a committed Behaviour Mentor on a full-time basis. In this role, you will support students who struggle with behaviour and emotional regulation, helping them to remain engaged in education.

Responsibilities include:

• one-to-one mentoring
• implementing behaviour strategies
• supporting students during lessons
• working closely with pastoral and SEN teams

The successful candidate will be patient, consistent, and passionate about supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes. Experience working in a school, PRU, or youth setting would be advantageous.
