SEND Learning Support Assistant
Location: Ealing
We're currently recruiting 3 Learning Support Assistants to join a welcoming specialist ASD school in Ealing from after half term. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a setting dedicated to supporting pupils with SEND, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.
The role- Supporting pupils with SEND, SLD, ASD on a 1:1 and small‑group basis
- Assisting with learning, emotional regulation and daily routines
- Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
- Creating a calm, structured and supportive environment
- Have previous experience supporting children with SEND (school or care setting)
- Are patient, consistent and nurturing
- Can support pupils with emotional and behavioural needs
- Are reliable and available to start after half term
- Supportive leadership and friendly team
- Clear routines and strong behaviour support strategies
- Long‑term opportunities for the right candidates

The successful candidate will be required to complete Disclosure and Barring Service declarations in line with Section 115 of the Police Act 1997.
