As a Youth Worker / Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide targeted support to pupils with additional learning needs
- Build positive, trusting relationships to promote engagement and confidence
- Support emotional regulation, focus, and positive behaviour strategies
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider staff team
- Help maintain an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
This role is ideal for a compassionate and proactive Individual who is confident supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally. Experience working with children with SEN, SEMH, ADHD, or behavioural needs would be highly beneficial.
