Job Summary
Primary Teacher Special Needs (Sala)
Salary: £36,413 - £48,532
• Job Type: Full Time.
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and community‑oriented educator.
- Confident in core competencies of the subject area with broad knowledge of curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
- Create inclusive lesson plans for students with diverse needs.
- Use assistive technology and adaptive teaching strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligible for British QTS or equivalent.
- Proven classroom experience or training.
- Inclusive and compassionate values; support for diversity and personalized learning.
- Collaborative culture with teamwork and innovative thinking.
- Professional development programmes tailored to early years teaching.
- Professional development opportunities and leadership programmes.
- Designated personal consultant support.
