Pay: £100‑£120 per day (PAYE, dependent on experience)

Looking for a rewarding role supporting children with additional needs within a welcoming primary school?

Prebook Recruitment is working with a number of supportive Primary Schools across Ealing seeking SEND Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September.

These roles involve supporting pupils with a range of additional needs across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced SEND staff or individuals passionate about inclusive education.

• Supporting pupils with SEND across the primary phase
• Working 1:1 and in small groups
• Supporting communication, engagement and emotional regulation
• Helping pupils access learning within the classroom
• Working collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff
• Supporting positive routines and behaviour

• Experienced SEND Teaching Assistants
• Support staff with school-based experience
• Individuals passionate about supporting children with additional needs
• Candidates with ASD, ADHD or speech and language experience
• Practitioners looking for long‑term school opportunities

• Experience working with children with SEND
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, proactive and adaptable approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
• Enhanced DBS on the updated service (or willingness to obtain one)
