• 2:1 or First‑Class degree from a top 30 UK university
• Previous experience working with young people is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, growth mindset, and a genuine commitment to helping learners thrive
• Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)

• Academic Mentor roles: £450–£530 per week, pro rata (term‑time only)
• Full‑time, long‑term contract (September to July), term‑time only
• Potential for future teacher‑training or extended contracts following a successful placement
