We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Ealing from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential while working as part of a supportive and experienced team.
The Role- Support pupils within the classroom to enhance their learning and engagement.
- Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe learning environment.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs where required.
- Help foster pupils's confidence, independence, and social development.
- Has experience working with children in a school, childcare, or youth setting (desirable but not essential).
- Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well as part of a team and can use their own initiative.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Has a genuine interest in education and supporting young learners.
