The role
  • Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs to access learning in and out of the classroom
  • Implement behaviour support strategies under the guidance of the SENCO and pastoral team
  • Build strong, positive relationships with students, acting as a consistent and trusted adult
  • Work one-to-one or in small groups to develop students' emotional literacy, resilience, and social skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents/carers, and external agencies to provide holistic support
