  • enthusiasm for collaborative working and an ability to contribute to planning and to provision for pupils with SEND
  • a willingness to support the school’s Christian ethos
We can offeryou:

  • a supportive and experienced team of dedicated professionals
  • strong leadership with a commitment to meaningful professional development, including access to ongoing CPD and appraisal opportunities
  • a focus on staff wellbeing, with initiatives to support you both in and out of work
  • a proactive and supportive Governing Board and parent/carer community
  • a rich, varied curriculum with an emphasis on creativity and social and environmental justice
  • potential pathways to Initial Teacher Training for candidates who aspire to become qualified teachers and meet our criteria
