SEN Teaching Assistant

£93.60 - £100 per day
OverviewWe are a well‑run, welcoming secondary school in Brent looking to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant. The pupils are unable to access learning in the mainstream classroom, and the school has created a specialist environment for support.
The pupil is generally calm and settled but can at times become distressed or violent. The school has systems in place to manage these moments.
Responsibilities- Provide support to pupils on a group basis from September 2026.
- Work alongside teaching staff, the SEN team and external support agencies to ensure pupils are safe and appropriately supported.
- Calm and resilient approach to supporting students.
