Are you a psychology graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in a specialist education setting? Do you have an interest in Autism (ASD), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), or Verbal Behaviour (VB)?

We are working with a specialist ASD school seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join their team.

• Supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and behaviour
• Implementing strategies based on ABA/VB principles
• Assisting with communication development and social skills
• Helping create a structured, supportive learning environment

• Psychology graduate (or related field)
• Experience with ASD, ABA, or VB is highly desirable
• Passion for supporting children with additional needs
• Patient, resilient, and proactive attitude
  
  Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Valuable experience for careers in psychology, education, or therapy
• Supportive and specialist school environment
• Ongoing training and development opportunities
• Potential for long-term or permanent roles
• Suitable candidates may be invited to attend a paid trial/cover day to experience the setting firsthand.
